If you want to hire anything, you can on our website. Once you have done that, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
No need for extra moves. Just come and pickup your booked item.
Please bring your passport. We only make a copy of this, after which you get it back. We also ask a deposit in cash (Deposit depends on item you booked) These deposit you get back at the end of your rental period, after we have checked the bike for damages. In case damages made to the item, deposit may not be refunded.
Your rental starts at 9am on the date of hire on the booking form and will end at 8pm on the last day of rental. This means we don’t offer 24 hour rentals.
If you hire the bike for one day, that would mean you could pick up the bike at 9am and would have to return it before 8pm on the same day.
We do allow you to pick up the bike the evening before between 6pm and 8pm, but only if the bike you have booked has been returned by the previous renter already. In that case, we do ask you not to use the bike on that day as your rental period will start from the next day.
In this case please request it via mail so we can notify you via email or phone regarding this possibility.
We strongly recommend booking the bike in advance, especially during the peak season, to ensure the requested model is available in your size. Pre-booking also speeds up the pickup process, as your bike will be ready upon your arrival.

To reserve a bike, scooter or any other item, select the model you want from our shop section. Choose date you want to collect the item. In case it is available to book. Its 100% available, so you don’t have to wait for any conformation.
To collect your bike on the day of your reservation, present a valid ID or passport and a €50deposit for each rented item, which will be refunded to you at the end of the rental period.
Yes, you can rent for one day. Pickup is at 9:00 am, and you must return it before 8:00 pm on the same day. Within opening hours (always double check on Google MAP
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup service for a minimum of 100EUR order. Otherwise price 20EUR + 2EUR per each km. The cost will depend on the number of bikes and the location of your hotel or accommodation. Please let us know where you are or plan to stay.

All our bikes, scooters and mobility scooters, come with third-party liability insurance that covers damages caused to others, but only during our guided routes. It’s important to note that rental bikes are not insured against theft or own damages since insurance companies don’t offer this coverage for commercially used bikes.
Prepaid bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period will bear a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee, and any cancellations made within 24 hours will not be reimbursed.
We recommend bringing your clothes, shoes, pedals, and helmet.
All our rental bikes are equipped with two bottle cages, a pump, and a saddlebag containing a spare tire, tire levers, and a multitool, helmet, childseat, padlock, different type of pedals (flat,look3,SPD and SPD SL) all included in the rental price.
For our rental bikes, we can provide Shimano SPD and SPD-SL, Look Keo, or flat pedals. If you use other pedal types, you can bring your own, and our mechanics will be happy to fit them on your rental bike, all included in the price
Yes, we rent shoes for 10 EUR per time. and helmets included in the rental price.
Yes, in Spain, it’s legally required to wear a helmet when cycling on roads outside the city center.
Yes, we offer child seats, but only for city bikes and mountain bikes
In what condition should I return the bike? KUDO Canarias S.L is committed to providing bikes in perfect condition and we expect customers to return them in the same state. If you return the bike in poor condition, you will be charged for the damaged parts according to the distributor’s rates in Spain. Please remember to return all rented accessories and extras; otherwise, you will have to pay the full amount for the lost item.

Yes, we offer on-route services designed to carry out repairs due to wear or accidents. One of our mechanics can travel to any point to carry out the repair. The transport cost is minimum €40for a round trip, and spare parts are sold at the recommended retail price by the distributor in Spain. The mechanic’s labor is free of charge.
We hope you never have to experience this, but accidents can happen. If you don’t have insurance coverage, you will be responsible for paying for any damage or broken part at the market price. The availability of spare parts will depend on whether they are in stock in our company or suppliers.
You can leave your bike at our shop during our opening hours . If you prefer to take your bike to your hotel or apartment, ensure you have secure storage space. We recommend keeping your bike in your room overnight and not leaving it on the street. Check directly with your hotel to ensure they can store your bike securely.
Cycling routes in Tenerife are mainly on open roads shared with other road users. We strongly advise all cyclists to follow traffic rules and cycle safely. Some roads may have designated bike lanes, but this isn’t always the case.

Any damage discovered upon return of rented items, including accessories, should be covered by the client.
