The Kudo Rent is competitive and has to offer bike rentals. I had bad luck however. While renting online my debit card was rejected and my wife's, too. We had no problems to rent a car and use both cards in Tenerife. Then I called using What's Up, and found that the bikes I wanted were gone. Tried to get other bikes. The Kudo Guy was nice and helpfull, but I could not pay, they do not accept payment over the phone eithet, they also can not deliver without payment, So I gave up....nice company, offering bikes in South Touristic area, need to order over 200 euros for free delivery in San Andres and have some luck.

Great experience. Good quality Orbea. Was able to collect the eve before so I could get an early start up Teide. Strongly advise the Teide route from Los Gigantes, given much lower traffic volume.

I highly recommend. The communication with the KUDO team went smoothly, they’ve delivered and picked the bikes from our hotel and announced us about the schedule beforehand so we can be prepared. They’ve even replaced one of our bikes on the spot because I’ve booked an unwanted gearing. Will definitely book bikes through KUDO again next time in Tenerife.

Great team, the guys know their job. We ordered the equipment the day before the planned expedition to Teide. It's worth doing this in advance. Bikes prepared, clean. All extras included in the price, such as helmet, lighting, lock, repair kit just in case. Bicycles with low mileage, well-kept, regularly serviced. On the route to Teide and back via Los Cristianos, it is worth taking an extra battery. After covering 105 kilometers, we had about 15% of the battery left, driving mainly in 2nd gear. Just driving up to the volcano will consume about 60% of the battery 😉 but it's worth getting the beast, even an electric one.A large selection of road bikes, Trek Emonda, Orbea, Giant, also in electric ones. All like new. The rental shop looks a bit like a good bicycle salon. I wish you success in business.There is an option to deliver bikes to other parts of the island.Guys, don't compromise on the quality of equipment and service!!!!!
So easy to hire and friendly they have a good range of bikes tbh. They hooked me up with a tour guide who was brilliant and a very good rider. Took me up into the forest and it was unbelievable.

The bikes were in top condition, very well maintained and comfortable to ride. The prices are fair and the selection of bikes is large. I will definitely recommend this rental company and use it again myself.
A very large selection of bicycles. Professional service who speaks English very well, understands Spanish and Polish (gentlemen from Ukraine), fair prices, good advice. Bikes from road toElectric cars and electric roads. Various powers to choose from. Most importantly, the equipment is new, branded, fully equipped and insured. The price includes helmets, fasteners, phone holders, even a holder for a Garmin counter, if necessary. I think that every professional and amateur will have something to choose from. The gentlemen mentioned that they probably also want to invest in scooters next year. The offer also includes electric scooters and strollers (I didn't use it). Important: call a day in advance or use the website or go there to reserve bikes because there is a lot of traffic despite the large amount of equipment. I recommend it to everyone!!!!!
I reserved 2 bikes here and already paid for them.Unfortunately I had to cancel due to groin surgery.Communication was very friendly, money comes back.Very pleasant, will come again.
I can't recommend these guys enough!! Super nice and friendly and very good service. The owner really took his time with us and we chose the right bikes for us, which were then set up for us with everything we needed. Definitely come here to rent any bike - lots of different options to choose.We came by spontaneously and rented brand new electric high-end Gravelbikes, which were excellent, really comfortable & fast. We did a big 80km tour through masca and the bike was fast at climbs even without any motor support. With motor support absolutely no problem going up the steepest of hills. We had a additional battery pack for our gravelbikes because of the long tour with long climbs but had half of battery left at the end. Still it was good to have it :-)
I was introduced to Kudo Rent by a chap in our hotel that had rented a road bike. My first visit to the shop was great as the guys that run the business were very helpful and answered every question and also planted some ideas on potential rides. I wanted to ride an ebike as the roads all around are hilly, I’m not as fit for cycling as I could be. I was shown options of MTB and urban bikes and they were all competitively priced. I went back the following morning and rented a gravel bike and they demonstrated the modes, range and all the features. I got what looked like a new ebike and they sized it for me, and provided a helmet, lock, phone cradle, puncture repair, tools, lights and insurance all for a 60 euro price for the day. My ride out into the hills was fantastic. The roads in Tenerife are a lot better than the UK. I was out a few hours and did my biggest ever climb and descent and did everything I wanted to do, so dropped the bike off. Once again the team were super friendly. I highly recommend Kudo rent!!! I’ll be back!!!

The price of renting a bike in relation to the quality is really great, and it was my first gravel ride.Great service, nice and friendly. After we previously had a less successful experience cycling up El Teide from Los Christianos and found out that it was a quieter and friendlier road from the direction of Los Gigantes, we rented 2 Orbea's racing bikes from this company that were in top condition. Bicycles were delivered to the place where we wanted our route to start and they were picked up there. Good price(Garmin mount, lights, helmet, delivery included), good quality and great service!
We rented two bikes in very good working order with locks and helmets, plus we followed the routes which are on the agency's website, a real plus! Impeccable welcome and service, we recommend!
Very good service and great concept.We borrowed hardtail MTBs that are in top condition. To do this, select it from the Accessories list as required. In our case: cell phone holder, helmets, repair kits and lock (all included in the rental price). Deserved 5 stars!
Excellent attention and service. The bikes are super well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The store's hours (open all morning and from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.) allow you to make longer circuits with peace of mind, being able to return the bike on the same day. The prices are very good, we also had a discount for booking online. The guy who helped us is charming, he gave us good advice about the circuit (in our case towards Santiago del Teide and El Tanque), and gave us the option to call in case of a problem during the route.
We rented two road bikes to make the long climb up to Mt Tiede. The chaps in the bike shop were brilliant, quick to respond to my enquiry, arranged bike hire at one day’s notice and gave us advice on the best way to go/where to stop for water etc. Superb value for money: helmet, tools, spare tubes and insurance all included in the price. Highly recommend.
Rented two eMountain bikes From Kudo, good value and no hassle. Even put Shimano SPD pedals on mine as I brought my own shoes with me. Still got a good workout going up, just great fun back to town downhill all the way.
