Contract for bike/scooter rent

The customer shall accept responsibility for the care and return of the rented items.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return rented items in the same condition as when they were hired out. Any damage discovered upon return of rented items including accessories,, should be covered by the client.In case of any equipment being lost or stolen within the rental period, the customer will be charged by KUDO Canarias S.L a fee to cover the loss.


In case of renting a vehicle (bike, scooter, etc.), the customer is obliged to follow the traffic regulations and is responsible for all damages caused to himself/herself or to anyone else (in the occasion of any accident or incident happens during the use of
the rented vehicle). KUDO Canarias S.L does not take any responsibility over the demage caused by the signatories of the contract, the responsibility lays on the signatories themselves.


The customer is obliged to always lock the rented vehicle properly and keep the rented items in a safe from robbery place . Avoid leaving rented items unattended outside.
A deposit of 50 € in cash or credit/debit card per rented item shall be collected upon reservation. The deposit shall be refunded upon return of the rented items, once returned in the same condition as when were hired out.


The deposit fee is charged as a precautionary measure in view of the possible damage or the non-return of the rented items.

Payment of both rental and deposit fees shall be paid in total upon booking. There will be no refund in case of return of rented items prior the agreed date in the contract.
A delay in the return of rented items shall incur the payment of the stipulated late fee.
In case of a breakdown, Occured not due to improper usage, the customer needs to head to the KUDO Rent office where the rented item will be changed at no cost for the customer. The transportation to our office is at the customer own expenses, as we do not have a pick-up service.


In case of a flat tyre, Customer can change the vehicle at KUDO Rent
office free of charge. Or fix it by itself as KUDO Rent provide every customer with repair kit.


KUDO Rent office closes every day at 20:00. The return of rented item shall be arranged by this time on the contact end date. Once the rented item is not returned by this time, it will result in extra charge for customer (late return fee ).
