We'll get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email the day before delivery to agree a delivery time window. Delivery times are managed carefully to avoid delays.
Please have the deposit ready (cash or card) and bring your passport or national ID when we arrive. We set up and show the bike before leaving — then enjoy your ride!
All pick-ups (returns) are also scheduled between 07:00 and 10:00 the morning of collection. This means you get almost a full extra day of riding at no extra cost.
