🚲 What do I have to do to book a bike or any other item?

Simply book through our website. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email — no extra steps needed. Just come and pick up your booked item at our shop.

🪪 What do I have to bring?

Please bring your passport for verification and a cash deposit (amount depends on the bike). The deposit is refunded when you return the bike in good condition.

📅 When does my rental start and end?

Rentals start at 9:00 AM on the start date and end at 8:00 PM on the final day. Rentals are by calendar day, not 24 hours.

🌇 Can I pick up my bike the evening before my rental?

Yes, between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, if your bike is already returned by the previous renter. Please request in advance via email for confirmation.

📦 Do you offer delivery to hotels?

Yes, we deliver and pick up bikes directly from your hotel. Choose the delivery option at checkout and select your location on the map. Learn more about our delivery service →

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Online: Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
In-store: Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash.

🛡️ Do you offer insurance?

Yes! Optional bike insurance covers accidental damage up to:

  • Ultegra: €500
  • 105 Di2: €400
  • 105: €300

A €50 franchise applies in all cases. Theft is not covered.

⏱️ Can I rent a bike for just one day?

Yes, one-day rentals are possible. Pick up at 9:00 AM and return before 8:00 PM the same day.

💰 What is the deposit amount?

Deposits range from €100 Fully refundable if no damage occurs.

🧰 What accessories come with the bike?

All bikes include two bottle cages, a pump, spare tube, tire levers, multitool, and helmet. Pedals (flat, SPD, SPD-SL, Look) are included — or bring your own for fitting.

🏠 Where can I store my bike overnight?

You must store your bike securely indoors — hotel room, apartment, or garage. You can also leave it safely at our shop during your rental period (within opening hours). Theft is not covered by insurance.

🛠️ What if I have an issue or accident while cycling?

If you purchased insurance, you’re covered up to the specified bike value. Without insurance, you’re responsible for all costs and transport back to the shop.

♻️ Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before rental start. 24–48 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund.

🚴 Do you sell used bikes?

Yes, at the end of each season we sell our used fleet. Check our website or email contact@kudo-rent.com for details.
