From the Las Américas promenade to high Teide country via the west — this KUDO route crosses through Chío and Guía de Isora before linking into the island's great climbs. Pine forest, lava fields and long alpine sections reward strong legs; the return leg drops you back to the south coast for a well-earned finish.
