Tenerife Bike Delivery
Visiting Tenerife from abroad and want your rental bike waiting at your hotel or apartment? KUDO Rent offers bike delivery year-round across the south-west coast — from Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago through Costa Adeje to Los Cristianos. Pick your dates online, confirm your address inside our delivery zone, and we bring road, gravel and e-bikes to you.

How bike delivery works

Book online with delivery
Choose your bike and rental dates on kudo-rent.com, then select delivery at checkout. You will see our delivery map and zone fees before you pay.

Confirm your address in the zone
Enter your hotel or apartment address and place the pin inside the highlighted delivery area on the map. Addresses outside the zone can still book with pickup at our Puerto de Santiago office.

Delivery morning (7:00–10:00)
On each rental start day we deliver your bike between 7:00 and 10:00. We contact you the evening before with the expected time window.

Ride and enjoy Tenerife
Your bike is set up with your chosen pedals and extras. GPX routes and local tips are available from our team and website.

Collection morning after your last rental day (7:00–10:00)
We collect the bike the morning after your last rental day (fleet turnaround), not on the calendar end date itself. Example: rental Monday–Friday → we deliver Monday morning and collect Saturday morning. Same 7:00–10:00 window; we contact you the evening before.
Delivery requirements
- Delivery is available year-round for qualifying rentals (minimum rental length and booking rules apply at checkout).
- Your address must be inside our south-west delivery zone (see map below).
- Passport or ID details are required for delivery bookings (upload at checkout).
- Delivery fee is charged once per rental date range, not per bike — shown at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you deliver bikes anywhere in Tenerife?
- No. Delivery is limited to our south-west zone (roughly Los Gigantes through Los Cristianos). Outside the zone you can pick up at our office in Puerto de Santiago.
- What time is bike delivery and collection?
- Delivery is on each rental start day, 7:00–10:00. Collection is the morning after your last rental day (e.g. Mon–Fri rental → deliver Monday, collect Saturday). We contact you the evening before.
- Can I get delivery to my hotel in Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos?
- Yes, when your address falls inside our delivery zone on the map at checkout. Many hotels in Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos are covered.
- Is bike delivery available all year?
- Yes. We deliver throughout the year when your booking qualifies (minimum rental length and address in zone). Fees and eligibility are shown at checkout.
- Why is collection the day after my rental ends?
- Your last rental day is a full riding day. We collect the next morning so the bike is not taken away on the day you still ride, and our team can service the fleet before the next booking.
