Booking
Book on our website: choose your dates, the office where you want to collect, and your bike. You see live availability and get a confirmation email straight away — then just come to the shop at pickup time.
Rentals are counted in calendar days, not 24-hour periods. Collect from opening time on your first day and return before 20:00 on your last day.
Yes. Collect in the morning and bring the bike back before 20:00 the same day.
Usually yes — between 19:00 and 20:00 the day before your rental, if the bike is already back from the previous rider. We email you when it is ready, so you don't need to ask first. Evening pickup is not available for bikes brought over from our other office.
Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental starts. Between 48 and 24 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
Offices & pickup
We have two offices in the south-west of Tenerife: Puerto de Santiago and Playa de las Américas. When you book, you choose which one you collect from. Opening hours for both are shown at the top of this page.
Yes. Each bike is based at one of our two offices. If the bike you want is at the other office, we bring it to your chosen office for free — as long as your rental is at least 3 days and pickup is at least 3 days away. For shorter or last-minute rentals, choose a bike that is already at your office, or collect from the office where the bike is. The website only offers the options that are possible for your dates.
No — please return the bike to the same office where you collected it.
Deposit & payment
The deposit is always €100 per bike — no more, no less. It is taken at the shop when you collect the bike (card pre-authorisation, card payment or cash), never online. It is released or refunded, normally within 24 hours, once the bike and equipment are back without damage.
Online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In the shop: Visa, Mastercard and American Express (credit or debit), or cash.
Your passport or ID for verification, and the €100 deposit per bike (card or cash). Your own pedals, if you prefer them.
Bikes & fit
Each bike page shows the frame sizes available for your dates, and the rental filter can suggest sizes from your height. If you are between two sizes, message us on WhatsApp before booking and we will help you choose.
Every bike comes with two bottle cages, a pump, a spare tube, tyre levers, a multitool and a helmet. Pedals are included (flat, SPD, SPD-SL or Look) — or bring your own and we fit them.
Always indoors and locked away — in your hotel room, apartment or garage. You can also leave it at our shop during opening hours while your rental lasts. Theft is not covered by insurance.
Insurance & safety
Yes, optional damage cover. It covers accidental damage to the bike up to: Ultegra €500, 105 Di2 €400, 105 €300. A €50 excess applies to every claim. Theft is not covered.
Contact us first on WhatsApp. With insurance, damage is covered up to the bike's limit (minus the €50 excess). Without insurance, repair costs and getting the bike back to the shop are your responsibility.
Changes & returns
Message us before your rental ends. If the bike is free for the extra days, we add them to your booking and you pay only for the added days.
Please return by 20:00 on your last day. Each late day is charged at double the daily rate, because the bike may already be booked by the next rider.
No — unused days after an early return are not refunded.
Discounts & more
Yes. Registered customers collect rental days across all bookings and move through five levels, from Rider to Elite. The discount is applied automatically when you are signed in — up to 20% after 100 rental days. Guest bookings do not collect days.
Yes. For teams, clubs and group trips, see our group page or message us and we will prepare the bikes together.
