Is there bike rental in Los Gigantes?

Yes — KUDO Rent’s Puerto de Santiago shop at Av. Quinto Centenario 26 is about five minutes by car from Los Gigantes, with free parking nearby. Book online with live availability and collect your bike at the shop.

Can I ride to Masca from Los Gigantes?

Yes. The route to Masca climbs through Santiago del Teide and drops into the valley on a steep, narrow road with tight hairpins — and you climb back out the same way. It starts at our shop and the route guide has the GPX file; an e-bike makes it much easier.

Can I return the bike at the other office?

No — please return the bike to the same office where you collected it.

Is there parking near the office?

Yes. There is free parking in the streets near the office on Av. Quinto Centenario, so you can drive over for pickup and return.

What are the opening hours in Puerto de Santiago?

Monday–Saturday: 9:00–12:00 and 18:00–20:00. 1 October – 30 April: 9:00–13:00 and 18:00–20:00. Sunday: closed.

Can I collect a bike here that is kept at our Playa de las Américas office?

Yes. Each bike is based at one of our two offices. If the bike you want is at the other office, we bring it to your chosen office for free — as long as your rental is at least 3 days and pickup is at least 3 days away. For shorter or last-minute rentals, choose a bike that is already at your office, or collect from the office where the bike is. The website only offers the options that are possible for your dates.
