Where do I collect my road bike?

At KUDO Rent, Av. Antonio Dominguez 9, 38650 Playa de las Américas. The shop is open Monday to Saturday 9:30–12:30 and 18:00–20:00, and closed on Sunday.

Can I pick up the evening before?

Yes. Free pickup between 19:00 and 20:00 the evening before is possible when the bike is already back. For a guaranteed pickup from 18:00 to 20:00, add the paid option (€20 per bike).

What is included with the bike?

Every road bike comes with pedals (flat, SPD, SPD-SL or Look), a helmet, a pump, a spare tube, tyre levers, a multitool, two bottle cages and a Garmin mount at no extra cost. You can also bring your own pedals and we fit them.

How much is the deposit?

€100 per bike, taken at the shop on collection (card pre-authorisation, card payment or cash) and released when the bike is back. Nothing is charged online for the deposit.

Can my rental start on a Sunday?

The shop is closed on Sundays, so a Sunday start is collected on Saturday evening for a €20 fee. Booking on Saturday after 12:00 for the next day has no extra fee.
